Two male wolves stood before each other under a cold moon on a chilly winter night.

"Do you, Comet Excell Texiara, accept the charges for trechary, desertion, and the murder of over 400 wolves?"

"I do." Comet replied calmly, lifting his head high.

Kio nodded, "And you accept the death penalty?"

"I do." Comet repeated.

"So be it. Any last words?" Kio said, gazing at him with harsh, but sympathetic eyes.

"Yes. This destiny. This is life. This is something whoever the fuck put me down here wants me to do... I'm not mad anymore, I'm ashamed, I'm sorry... Please forgive me. I know it doesn't make up for all the pain and suffering I've caused. Sorry just doesn't cut it. But I want the world to know, I've never been a mean-hearted or cruel person, and I wish you all well." he gave a final nod, and Kio lunged forward. He tore into his skin without mercy, clawing and biting him in any place he could get his claws or teeth on. After he was satisfied, he pulled back, and the older male fell to the dust, blood coating his fur and spilling onto the ground. The moon seemed to glow red like his blood that was sinking into the deep abyss of the earth. He glanced around as he felt himself dying. He saw no one around.

On that night, when the white moon glowed red, Comet died...
